How to order and registering for an account is simple and secure

Frequently Asked Questions

You can place your order by completing the request form via the QueUP App. The application is available for download on the Google Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS).

  • Eligibility: This service is available to patients who are not required to pay for their medications at Government health institutions.
  • Valid Prescription: You must have a valid prescription registered in Bru-HIMS to be eligible for the service.
  • Pharmacist Contact: Department of Pharmaceutical Services will contact you directly if there are any issues regarding your order.
  • Cancellation Notifications: You will be notified via the QueUP App if your order is cancelled. Common reasons include:
    • "No prescription in Bru-HIMS" or
    • "Medicines were fully supplied until doctor's review"
  • Service Coverage: Currently, this service is only available for the Brunei-Muara District (excluding Kampong Ayer and restricted areas), Tutong District, and Belait District.

No. You can order delivery regardless of the facility visited, provided you have a valid prescription recorded in Bru-HIMS.

Yes. Currently, this service is available for deliveries to addresses within the Brunei-Muara, Tutong, and Belait districts. In the next phase, the service will be expanded to include Temburong.

A flat delivery fee of BND3.00*. (*Subject to change)

Once your request is approved and processed by the Department of Pharmaceutical Services, PosBru will contact you to inform about the delivery and payment. You are advised to pay the delivery fee in cash to the PosBru representative upon the arrival of your medication at the address specified in the QueUP app.

In most cases, medication is supplied for 30 days. However, you may request an extended supply by using the "Remarks" box in your application. The Department of Pharmaceutical Services will review your request; additional supply is subject to stock availability and pharmacist approval.

Currently, this delivery service is exclusively available to patients who receive their medications free of charge at Government health institutions.

You will typically receive your medication on the next working day. Under standard operating conditions, all deliveries are completed no later than the third working day (J+2).

Yes. Controlled substances (such as Morphine and Fentanyl) cannot be delivered through this service and must be collected in person.

Yes. Your package will be delivered to the specific "Delivery Address" you entered into the system when placing your order via the QueUP app.

However, please note that orders placed on Public Holidays (including Fridays and Sundays) or after 2:00 PM on working days will be processed on the following business day. Yes, we provide delivery for medications that require cold storage. We utilize specialized temperature-controlled bags for transport, and the internal temperature is strictly monitored throughout the delivery process to ensure the integrity of your medication.

You can monitor the progress of your request by checking the "Delivery Status" tab within the QueUP application.
